SSTS Loan Application
Swift County residents that are experiencing septic problems may be eligible for low interest loan funds to repair mound systems, drain fields, or failing sewer lines. These funds are provided by the MPCA Clean Water Partnership and are to be used for Best Management Practices. Residential permit fee - $50.00; Commercial permit fee - $150 - both payable to S.C.E.S.
